Ongoing Tracking & Adjustment

What We Assess

Progress isn't measured by grades alone. We use internal learning metrics to understand the full picture of a student's development.

🧠

Concept Comprehension

How deeply does the student understand the material? We track true understanding, not memorization.

👁️

Attention Patterns

When and how does focus waver? Identifying patterns helps us adapt our approach.

🔍

Learning Obstacles

What's preventing understanding? We discover why students struggle, not just that they do.

Building Learning Foundations

We focus on how students learn, not just what they are assigned. That means identifying specific barriers, setting clear goals, and using consistent instruction to improve results.

Grades matter, but they are not the only signal. We also track understanding, consistency, and engagement so families can see whether real progress is happening.

Our Internal Learning Metrics

📊
Concept Mastery
Depth of understanding rather than surface-level recall
🎯
Engagement Quality
Active participation and curiosity during sessions
🔄
Learning Process
How students approach problems and overcome challenges
📈
Growth Trajectory
Consistent improvement over time, not single-test performance

Earning Through Effort

Students can earn points for consistency, effort, and participation. Parents remain in control of rewards.

How Students Earn Points

  • Attending sessions consistently
  • Active participation and engagement
  • Completing assessment questionnaires
  • Demonstrating growth and improvement
  • Showing effort in practice work
  • Asking thoughtful questions
🎁

What Points Can Unlock

  • Fortnite V-Bucks
  • Restaurant gift cards
  • Age-appropriate digital rewards
  • Small recognition prizes
  • Custom rewards based on interests
Parent-Managed Rewards: All rewards are provided to parents, who decide how and when they're distributed. This system reinforces effort and engagement while keeping parents in control.
